About Me
After so many years chasing the American dream, something finally broke through the noise: a quiet, persistent calling that there was more to my purpose than quarterly quotas and corporate achievements. I had built a successful career helping organizations overcome challenges and drive strategic initiatives at scale, yet I felt increasingly disconnected from what truly mattered; not just professionally, but in every dimension of my life.
My transformation began when I finally stopped running and started listening—to my body, to nature, to the wisdom that emerges when we create space for it. Through intensive personal work spanning nature connection practices, men's work, somatic healing, I discovered something profound: the answers I'd been searching for weren't hidden in another external strategy, book or productivity hack. They were already within me, waiting to be unlocked through deeper self-awareness and alignment with what I truly value.
That realization changed everything. I left my corporate career to dedicate myself fully to this work; not just for my growth, but to guide others through their own transformations. Since I was very young, I always enjoyed connecting with others on a deeper level, with an excitement for maximizing potential. My corporate career allowed me to fulfill that itch but not necessarily in the ways that tapped into my true expression and purpose.
In the last several years, I’ve completed rigorous training as a professional coach, studied various healing modalities and principles, grief work, and neuroscience-based approaches to sustainable change. I've invested thousands of hours in my own transformational processes, men's work, and nature-based practices because I believe deeply that we cannot guide others where we haven't fully experienced the depths of transformation ourselves.
Why I Do This Work
I understand what it's like to feel trapped by old patterns, to know when you're meant for something greater yet not know how to access it. I know the weight of carrying the heavy stones while your own dreams remain buried. I've lived the cost of ignoring intuition, of choosing external validation over internal truth, of letting fear dictate choices.
But I also know what's possible on the other side.
I've experienced firsthand how transformation happens and through many of my own painful cycles. Cycles where if I could do it all over again and knew what I know now, I certainly would. I know that there are many people out there who are in tough situations and who, like me, are in a place of ‘taking some time off’ and want to return to that work even stronger. Not from a place of running away, but to recharge and reconnect in a way that creates meaningful change.
There are many reasons to celebrate living at the advancements of these times. However, such circumstances keep most of us trapped in patterns of urgency, distraction, and disconnection. We're saturated in demands for productivity, comparison, and performance; while also adapting in a world of AI and automation. Our inner wilderness; the creative, intuitive, powerful essence of who we truly are becomes buried under layers of survival strategies. The result? Burnout, strained relationships, health challenges, and a persistent sense that something essential is missing.
I do this work because:
I am intimately familiar with how important it is to have an advocate who is in your corner and willing to guide a unique path forward; to offer accountability, skills and tools to support such significant undertakings.
I've witnessed the profound shifts that occur when people are given the right container, tools, and guidance to break free from limiting patterns and step into their authentic power.
I believe in the collective need to re-establish true connection within ourselves, with each other, and in collaboration with the natural world.
I have learned from my many mistakes that ultimately cost precious time and resources and have become the coach I wish I had. In a way that honors each persons process uniquely and from a place of self-responsibility.
Connecting with others at such a deep level answers my call of being in service with my values.
This is not just about personal growth; it's essential work for the times we're living in.
