Who I Work With
My ideal clients are purpose-driven professionals and leaders who:
Value hard, honest work and are disciplined in their commitments
Sense there's greater potential within them that's not yet accessible
Are willing to step into the unknown and try new approaches
Want to establish new habits and patterns that align with their values
Seek deeper connection with themselves, their relationships, and the natural world
Are committed to growth, not just curious about it
Understand that transformation requires both intention and action
Whether you're in corporate America seeking better work-life balance, navigating a career transition or sabbatical, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling called to explore your purpose more deeply, this work can meet you where you are.
I bring a unique combination of corporate experience and transformational healing practices. I understand the demands you face in professional environments and the deeper fulfillment you're seeking. I've been where you are, and I've done the work to get to the other side.
This isn't the right fit if you're looking for a quick fix, a certified therapist, or someone to tell you what to do. This work requires willingness to slow down, look honestly at yourself, and act on what you find.

My Commitment to You
I don't operate from a place of having all the answers or having "arrived" at some final destination. I'm committed to my own ongoing growth and practice what I teach. I maintain my own sit spot practice, engage in regular ceremony and ritual, work with my own mentors and guides, and continue to study and refine my craft.
I bring many years of professional experience understanding how to help people and organizations navigate change, extensive training in nature-connected coaching and therapeutic modalities, and hard-won wisdom from my own transformation. All in service of helping you unlock what's already within you..
This work requires your active participation and commitment. I won't tell you what to do or provide quick-fix solutions. Instead, I'll provide the container, the guidance, the accountability, and the tools—but the journey is based on your choices. Together, we'll collaborate with nature's infinite capacity for reflection and renewal, creating new neural pathways, breaking old patterns, and building practices that support who you're becoming.
I believe transformation happens in relationship. Not just with a coach, but with yourself, with nature, and with something greater than your individual story. My role is to hold space for your unfolding, to reflect back what I witness, to ask the questions that help you access your own wisdom, and to guide you through practices that create lasting change.
The Time Is Now
Your potential is not a future state to achieve. It's a present reality waiting to be claimed. The challenges you face. The patterns keeping you stuck. The calling you feel. These are all invitations to step more fully into who you truly are.
I've learned that the only way out is through. That growth lives in adversity. That we become who we're meant to be not by avoiding difficulty, but by developing the tools and support to navigate it with integrity and awareness.
If this resonates, take the next step. A spark of recognition. A sense of possibility. Even just curiosity about what might be available. Any of that is enough.
Let's explore what's possible when you finally stop carrying stones for everyone else and start honoring what's true for you. Let's discover what emerges when you collaborate with nature, engage in conscious experimentation, and commit to the process of becoming.
The transformation you're seeking is already underway. The question is: are you ready to fully engage with it?
